Le mois d\u2019ao\u00fbt sent bon ! Entre les barbecues et les huiles bronzantes au mono\u00ef subsiste pourtant une odeur de \u2026 transpiration !!!<\/p>\n

Malgr\u00e9 la temp\u00e9rature, hors de question de rechigner \u00e0 s\u2019entra\u00eener, si vous tenez \u00e0 prendre l\u2019air, il serait dommage de faire une insolation.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Le corps peine \u00e0 r\u00e9guler la temp\u00e9rature avec la fortes chaleurs mais se d\u00e9penser au mois d\u2019Ao\u00fbt est pourtant possible, \u00e0 condition de respecter quelques points essentiels :<\/p>\n

R\u00e8gle num\u00e9ro 1 : S\u2019HYDRATER<\/p>\n

Avec la chaleur : il faut \u00e0 tout prix refroidir l’organisme. Pendant les p\u00e9riodes de grande chaleur, on peut perdre jusqu’\u00e0 2,5 litres de sueur par heure.<\/strong> Si on perd de l’eau, on perd aussi des sels min\u00e9raux, du calcium, du magn\u00e9sium, \u2026 n\u2019h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 alterner eaux min\u00e9rales, boissons riches en min\u00e9raux (jus de raisin, eau p\u00e9tillante, \u2026) ou boisson de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration. Essayez de boire entre un demi-litre et un litre d’eau par demi-heure.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nb : Il ne faut pas h\u00e9siter \u00e0 s\u2019asperger d\u2019eau fra\u00eeche r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement (visage et nuque).<\/p>\n

R\u00e8gle num\u00e9ro 2 : CHOISIR LE BON MOMENT<\/p>\n

Si pratiquer du sport par fortes chaleurs nous fait plus transpirer qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019accoutum\u00e9e, cela ne favorise pas pour autant la perte de poids ! Pour r\u00e9guler la temp\u00e9rature interne, le corps va \u00e9vacuer de l\u2019eau et non de la graisse<\/strong>, c\u2019est le processus de transpiration.<\/p>\n

Faire du sport en plein soleil, ne contribue pas \u00e0 nous faire mincir mais plut\u00f4t \u00e0 nous d\u00e9shydrater ! Privil\u00e9giez donc des efforts \u00e0 l\u2019ombre, le matin ou au coucher du soleil<\/strong>, lorsque les temp\u00e9ratures sont plus cl\u00e9mentes.<\/p>\n

Nb : Les v\u00eatements de couleur claire auront un effet de r\u00e9verb\u00e9ration de la chaleur vers l’ext\u00e9rieur. A l’inverse et logiquement, le noir va attirer la chaleur et vous faire suer davantage.<\/strong><\/p>\n

R\u00e8gle num\u00e9ro 3 : ADAPTER VOTRE PRATIQUE<\/p>\n

Les coups de soleil diminuent la capacit\u00e9 du corps \u00e0 se refroidir, pour se prot\u00e9ger on porte une casquette, des v\u00eatements techniques l\u00e9gers, des lunettes et de la cr\u00e8me solaire \u201cwaterproof\u201d<\/strong> (qui r\u00e9siste mieux \u00e0 la transpiration).<\/p>\n

La pratique de sports physiques tels que la course \u00e0 pied, le tennis ou le v\u00e9lo en plein soleil peut entra\u00eener une hyperthermie maligne. Les sympt\u00f4mes d\u2019une hyperthermie maligne sont entre autres une fatigue brutale, une soif intense, des sueurs froides, des crampes musculaires, des vomissements et naus\u00e9es\u2026<\/p>\n

Nb : En montagne, la r\u00e9verb\u00e9ration augmente la puissance des rayons du soleil.<\/p>\n

Le sport pr\u00e9sentant le moins de risques \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur par fortes chaleurs est la natation.<\/p>\n

Et si le port du maillot de bain vous d\u00e9range, choisissez votre salle de sport GENAE<\/a>, climatis\u00e9e, pour vous \u00e9viter de fondre au soleil<\/strong> !<\/p>\n
